Can a fan get ejected a from baseball stadium, for dressing in the other team's threads?

Last night, I went to a Gwinnett Braves game against my favorite Minor League team, the Buffalo Bisons. I walked up the Chopper (the Gwinnett Braves' mascot, and when he saw me dressed in all my Bisons gear, he took my cap off, and bopped me on the head with a baseball glove, and pointed towards the stadium gates! Did I do something wrong?
