Sonia Sotomayor is she Puerto Rican or American?
yes I already know about Tex-Mex, Americans hyphened this & thats etc...but once on the US Supreme Court is she for Puerto Rico's independence? Or, return to Spanish Colonial status (1898), or drop the island's Spanish first and the metric system ... and adopt the ways of the majority becoming the 51st state of the Union?
