Sweet 16 ideas?

I am a party girl and have seen my share of parties. i went to this one birthday party in san fransisco that was really cool. the theme was chocolate night. it was a club scene so everyone was dressed up and there was a lot of choc.sweets there. there was this chocolate fountain that ran down with choc. n there was fruits surrounding it. it was pretty cool everyone wore shades of brown to look like choc. and the lights were even shaded brown. and at the end everyone got this cute nicely wrapped goodie bags with choc. in them. looked like it cost a lot to hold the party but it was really nice. maybe you can do something like that.=)
