Is the Dream Act, really just affirmative action, for illegals?

It is a way to use the human resources of people who have been raised in this country and who have a great deal that is worthwhile to offer. The animosity that is being displayed to the Dream Act is not based on logical thought. It is based on bigotry and some sort of misplaced vindictiveness that is difficult to comprehend.
