Could you give me your opinion?

i have to write a proposition paper (persuasive paper) on the cure for health care.....and well i need some help....because the only thing i know that is wrong with our health care is that we don't have universal health care which is not fair and our health care is to expensive for people to afford.....and i don't know anything else so any ideas would help......and i need the other side on why we don't need Universal; health care or why we haven't....thanks so much for your help =D
