Want to be taken seriously at work, any tips?

I started a new job recently and within the first week I've been getting chatted up by all the men. They like to flirt and joke, but I need to delegate work and be taken seriously. I'm a smart blonde (more Hilary Clinton type, than dumb blonde) so find this very annoying.
