Combi Boiler question?

I have a sabre combi boiler, which I believe is not that old- maybe 3 or 4 years at most. My hot water is running however there is no heat going to the radiators and the light on the boiler is flashing. The pressure is also showing as very low. Is this a problem that can be fixed without a plumber/paying for a new boiler?
