Answer please...(no one ever answer my ques no more) =(?

So for the last three weeks my started to hurts, I thought its just one of the signs that my periods is starting. So I waited but there no periods, then my face start to breaks out, I mean I have pimples before but this times its just one after anothers. Anyway I started my periods when I was 13 and my only grew a lil. So does this mean my s are growing..I mean its hurts but not alot.
