Harold and Kumar question anyone?

In Harold and Kumar: Escape from Guantanamo Bay, there is a scene were Ron Fox Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security ask's questions to a orthodontist in Alabama, the orthodontist says that he doesnt no nothing about the night before (which is when Harold and Kumar crashed there car in the neiborhood). When the orthodontist said that he didnt know about anything, Ron takes a can of g soda and pours it on the ground, a guy in the backround of that scene yelled "thats racist!", so... what so racist about pouring a can of g soda on the ground? (other than the fact that its a complete waste and that I would hurt somesone if that happened in real life).
