Is Titanic the most overrated movie of all time?

I think that Titanic was a good movie; certainly not the worst movie (Napoleon Dynamite) and not the best movie (Citizen Kane or The Godfather) ever made. However, when people say that it is the greatest movie ever made and put Leonardo DiCaprio's face on mugs and t-shirts, I think they are taking it too far.
