Someone on this website keeps cloning me?

I wanted to ask this here, because they always clone me in the "Other - Cultures and Groups" section. I was the user "yuckfou blockabytch", and I wanted to report this user, Kaitlyn R for giving really offensive and inapropriate answers. Suddenly, they made up false stories about me, asking people to report me. It backfired on her, so then they decided to clone me, and now they have me on their block list, so they can see what I change my name to, and they keep changing their avatar and name to be the same as mine. What can I do to stop them from cloning and impersonating me? How do I notify the moderators about this? I can't report their questions because I'm blocked, and can't look at them.
