URGENT HELP, 89 ford probe turbo, unknown free hose, black with blue stripe arround the EGR valve?

my car displays code 16 to ckeck the EGR valve sensor. From the valve( it looks like a hat ;D) go out 2 hoses, and i noticed a black one with blue stripe that goes out from the EGR vent solenoid (located verical n the cars fore wall) and afterwards just hangs arround free, where must i connect it? i found some diagrams on autozone.com but nothing clearly.
