Why can't my xbox 360 read my burned dual-layer DVD?

I used a "Sony +R DL disk" and "DVD Fab v.5.2.2.2" to burn "The Dark Knight" and my 360 can't read it. (I also turned the option "Set booktype to DVD rom" on) My 360 attempts to read it then says "open tray" like there is nothing there. It plays the DVD fine on my computer, why won't it play on my 360? My 360 plays all my other burned DVDs fine, but they are single layer. Does it have to do with it being dual-layer?
