Lung Pain after just getting over bronchitis?

So this winter has been very hard on me I got bronchitis 2 or 3 times i just finished my meds for it today about 5 minutes ago. But my left lung hurts near the bottom of it. When I breath deeply it hurts the most but to be fair i almost never breath deeply. I dont smoke but Im surrounded by smokers all the time. What are the chances its Lung Cancer? The last time i was at the doctors was a month or two ago,also what could it be thanx
