Reasons for why Hugo Chavez is a bad President?

Im writing an essay on Hugo Chavez and why he is a bad president. The only problem is, I don't know anything about him, and it's due tomorrow. If someone WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT could post some of the reasons for his failure through the 13 yrs he has been in control, that would be great, especially if you could cite websites/articles you got the info from.
